How long does the delivery take?

When you order a product from us, subject to the product's availability in stock, it takes up-to 2 weeks until you have the product delivered.

How much does the delivery cost?

For orders to Mainland UK delivery is free when you spend £1,000 or more.

How will my pergola be delivered?

The pergola will be delivered with AIT logistics. You'll be contacted a minimum of 24 hours before your order is scheduled with AIT. Once AIT has your order, you'll be notified. AIT will contact you the night before the scheduled delivery to confirm the time slot.

This ensures that you are well-informed about delivery timeline and can plan accordingly. If you have any specific questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask us!

Do I have to be a craftsman to assemble the pergola?

Absolutely not! We have prepared a good installation guide so that you can easily assemble it yourself. We strongly recommend to have 2-3 people to mount the pergola. If you do not want / are not able to assemble the pergola yourself, we recommend have a recommended installer.
