QR Code Issues:
If the QR code doesn’t work, look for a manual pairing option in the app.

 

Connection Problems:
Ensure the Wi-Fi or Thread network is stable, and the smartphone is connected to the same network.

 

Firmware Update:
Check if the pergola motor/controller needs a firmware update before completing the setup.
