If your LED strips are not functioning properly or are emitting weak light, there are a few things to check. Below are some troubleshooting steps to help resolve the problem.
1. Check the Orientation:
Ensure that the smooth side of the LED stripes is facing outward (see images). If you see the grooved side instead, the LEDs need to be removed and rotated correctly.
2. Check the Connections:
If the orientation is correct, inspect the connections. Make sure the notch on one element and the indentation on the counterpart are properly aligned and not incorrectly assembled.
3. Re-pair the Remote Control:
If the connections are fine, re-pair the remote control with the control box.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, please send us a video showing that the control box blinks when you press the remote and that the LEDs are not functioning as expected.
