If your control box is unresponsive and appears to be completely dead please try the following troubleshooting tips:
1.Ensure the power cable is plugged in correctly
- Check the power cable is securely connected and in the correct orientation
2. Ensure there is no damage to the control box/ cabling
-Check the control box and all cabling for any visible damage. If there is damage, please reach out to our customer service team for a replacement.
3. Check the plug socket
- Please check that the power socket you have plugged the pergola into is working by using a different electronic item in the plug to verify there is not an issue with the plug socket
