Where Can I Find the Batch Number on My Product?

Why we need your batch number

To process your claim and get it sorted, we require your batch number.

It is a mandatory step because it allows our production team to track the exact manufacturing run of your product. This ensures we identify any issues correctly and send you the exact matching replacement part, if needed.

Where to find it

Because our products are modular, different parts have different batch numbers

If a specific part is faulty, you will need to find the batch number located on that exact component.

For example:

  • Structure: A beam has a different number than the louvers.
  • Accessories: Slat walls and extra add-ons have their own unique numbers.
  • Electronics: The control box and motor have separate numbers.

Photo Guide: Where to look

The batch number is a short code made of letters and numbers. It will look something like A1626AA.

You can find the number either on the shipping carton, or directly on the product.

Pergolas

Only the main components have a batch number. If a smaller, non-labeled part (like a Louver Guide Profile) is faulty, just grab the batch number from the main part it connects to.

  • Beams, Columns, or Louvers: Look for the matte metal sticker or laser engraving on these main parts.

Screens

  • On the Screen: The batch number is located on the cassette of the screen itself.

Control Boxes & Motors

  • On the Tech: Check directly on the casing of the control box or the motor.
